Ingredients

- 2 chicken fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Add chicken fillets to the marinade and coat well. Let sit for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place marinated chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and has an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
