Ingredients

- 1 can artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each artichoke heart in beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated artichoke hearts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray with olive oil spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
