A simple and delicious recipe for air fryer apple turnovers.
Ingredients

- 2 large apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon milk
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg mixed with milk.
- Place the turnovers in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
