A delicious twist on traditional apple pie, these air fryer apple pie taquitos are crispy and filled with sweet cinnamon apples.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1/2 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center.
- Roll the tortilla tightly and brush the outside with melted butter.
- Place the rolled taquitos in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or raisins to the apple mixture for extra flavor.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for a delightful dessert.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
