Description

A delicious twist on traditional apple pie, these air fryer apple pie taquitos are crispy and filled with sweet cinnamon apples.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of diced apples
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
  3. Take a tortilla and place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly and brush the outside with melted butter.
  5. Place the rolled taquitos in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
