Description
A crunchy almond biscotti recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 330°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, then add butter, vanilla, and almond extracts.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Fold in chopped almonds.
- Shape the dough into logs and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 25 minutes or until golden.
- Remove, let cool slightly, then slice into pieces.
- Return slices to the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes to crisp up.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Adjust almond amount for more or less crunch.
- Experiment with different extracts for flavor variations.
