Ingredients

- 1 cup of sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1/2 cup of cranberries
- 1/4 cup of honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Peel and chop sweet potatoes into cubes.
- Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and rosemary.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
- Trim green beans and add to the baking sheet.
- Mix cranberries with honey and drizzle over vegetables.
- Roast for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve warm.
