Grilled chicken marinated in achiote paste for authentic Mexican flavors.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons achiote paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 2 limes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix achiote paste, olive oil, garlic, cumin, oregano, salt, and lime juice.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice and serve with your choice of sides.

- Marinate the chicken overnight for better flavor.
- Serve with fresh salsa and tortillas.
