- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and milk until smooth.
- Crack the egg into the mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.

- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days.
