Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and seasonings.
- Stir and cook for another 10 minutes until veggies are tender.
- Serve hot.
