Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  4. Marinate shrimp for 10 minutes.
