Description
A quick and easy vegetable stir fry made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine all vegetables.
- Add olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
- Place the vegetables in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired tenderness before serving.
