Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  3. Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket.
  7. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
  9. Remove and serve hot.
