Quick and easy air fryer veggie egg rolls ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients

			- 1 cup shredded cabbage
 - 1/2 cup shredded carrots
 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions
 - 1/4 cup bean sprouts
 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
 - 1 package egg roll wrappers
 - Cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
 - In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
 - Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each egg roll wrapper.
 - Fold the wrapper and seal the edges with water.
 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
 - Arrange the egg rolls in a single layer in the basket.
 - Spray the tops of the egg rolls with cooking spray.
 - Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through.
 - Remove and serve hot.

- Adjust filling ingredients to your taste.
 - You can serve with dipping sauce.
