Description

Quick and easy turkey burgers made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  4. Brush patties with olive oil.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
  8. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Notes

  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • You can customize the seasoning to your taste.
