Description
Quick and easy turkey burgers made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
- Brush patties with olive oil.
- Place patties in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can customize the seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding cheese on top during the last few minutes of cooking.
