Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.
  3. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add tofu cubes to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Coat the tofu cubes with breadcrumbs.
  6. Place the tofu nuggets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
