Description

Quick and easy stuffed mushrooms made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
  6. Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
  8. Serve warm.
