Description
Quick and easy stuffed mushrooms made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms.
- Place mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until mushrooms are tender and tops are golden.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Try adding cooked sausage or spinach for variation.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
