Description
Quick and easy shrimp tacos made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and spices.
- Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
- Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, and cilantro.
- Squeeze lime juice over tacos before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your taste.
- Serve with salsa or avocado if desired.
- Leftover shrimp can be used in salads.
