Quick and easy shrimp tacos made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil and spices.
  3. Place shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 6-8 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
  5. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  6. Assemble tacos with shrimp, cabbage, and cilantro.
  7. Squeeze lime juice over tacos before serving.
