Quick and easy shrimp scampi made in an air fryer in just 15 minutes.

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, melted butter, garlic, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Remove shrimp and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the cooking time based on shrimp size.
- Serve with pasta or crusty bread.
