Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. Drain the salmon and place in a bowl.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until combined.
  5. Form the mixture into patties.
  6. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  8. Serve hot.
