Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 hoagie rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Warm marinara sauce in a small pot.
  7. Once cooked, place meatballs in hoagie rolls.
  8. Top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  9. Return to air fryer for 2-3 minutes until cheese melts.
