Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat fish fillets with the seasoning mix.
  4. Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
  7. Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
  8. Serve immediately.
