Quick and easy fish tacos made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat fish fillets with the seasoning mix.
- Place fish in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Warm tortillas in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble tacos with fish, cabbage, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately.

- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Use any white fish like tilapia or cod.
