Quick and easy air fryer falafel patties ready in 15 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine chickpeas, parsley, onion, garlic, cumin, coriander, and salt.
  3. Pulse until mixture is well combined but not pureed.
  4. Add flour and mix until combined.
  5. Form small patties from the mixture.
  6. Brush patties with olive oil.
  7. Place patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, flipping halfway through.

Notes

  • Serve with tahini sauce or yogurt.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container.
