Quick and easy chicken parmesan bites made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup marinara sauce, for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip diced chicken in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place coated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra crunch, spray with cooking oil before frying.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
