Ingredients

- 2 tilapia fillets
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each tilapia fillet in flour.
- Dip the flour-coated tilapia in beaten egg.
- Press the fillets into the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the breaded tilapia in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the fillets lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with your favorite sides.
