Ingredients

- 1 lb beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add beef cubes, bell pepper, and onion. Toss to coat.
- Thread beef and vegetables onto skewers.
- Place skewers in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for desired doneness and serve hot.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning.
- Adjust cooking time for preferred doneness.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms.
